About this Trip
Sail the islands of French Polynesia on this Tahiti vacation. Aboard an ocean-ready catamaran, you’ll cruise to the idyllic islands of Raiatea, Bora Bora, Tahaa, and Huahine, enjoying the crystal-clear waters and white-sand beaches that make these islands so justifiably famous.
This 10-day cruise takes you along the islands of French Polynesia, allowing you to explore these incredible islands from the comfort of a catamaran.
On your Tahiti vacation, you’ll pass between the major islands of French Polynesia. Your ocean adventure begins in Papeete, where you’ll connect to Raiatea to board your catamaran. Raiatea is the second largest of the Society Islands, a verdant paradise pocked by mountains and sacred sites. Cruise across the lagoon from Uturoa to the motu of TauTau to spend an afternoon lounging on the beach and snorkelling through the waters to explore the underwater world of tropical fish.
Continue on to Bora Bora, the jewel of the South Seas. This island offers everything you could hope for from a tropical paradise. Spend some time traversing the mainland, hiking Mount Otemanu, the dormant volcano that lies at the island’s centre. Then head to the famous lagoon to swim alongside manta rays and cruise to Motu Taurere to explore a private beach. Take advantage of the warm waters to kayak or snorkel and discover the vast numbers of fish and other undersea critters that call the waters home.
